Be Thankful I Don’t Take It All

This weekend I worked on my taxes.

I haven’t had much luck with getting a return lately.

I guess, from the point of view of many on the left, that’s a good thing.

We conservatives should always pay more.

Funny how they think…

…we’re evil for being successful, but by code, the only ones paying the bills.

Santorum was right when he said Obama’s “theology” was that the State is a religion we must all bow to, in order to be righteous.

Today’s Gospel reading from Luke 6 is one the President thinks refers to paying taxes…He’s wrong, but we know that already, he’s mastered the art of being wrong.

Jesus said to his disciples:
“Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.
“Stop judging and you will not be judged.
Stop condemning and you will not be condemned.
Forgive and you will be forgiven.
Give and gifts will be given to you;
a good measure, packed together, shaken down, and overflowing,
will be poured into your lap.
For the measure with which you measure
will in return be measured out to you.”

It’s not funny that the President thinks he knows better–where our charity should go that is.

It’s downright insulting actually.

But remember, He thinks we can’t even pack lunches for our own children, without a State squad of Anti-Jemimas checking up on us.

Years ago, even the Fab-Four liked to poke fun at an over zealous revenue office.

Here’s how we learned the truth about Obama types in 1967.

I wouldn’t trade memories like this for all the video games in the world.
